Punjab Government Transfers 8 IAS Officers, Including 6 Deputy Commissioners
In a late-night administrative reshuffle, the Punjab government transferred eight IAS officers, including six Deputy Commissioners, with immediate effect.
As per the official order, Komal Mittal has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Mohali, replacing Aashika Jain, who has been posted as the Deputy Commissioner of Hoshiarpur. Poonamdeep Kaur will now serve as the Deputy Commissioner of Faridkot, while T Benith has been given charge as the Deputy Commissioner of Barnala.
Ankurjeet Singh has been appointed as the Deputy Commissioner of Nawanshahr, and Viraj Shyamkarn Tidke will take over as the Deputy Commissioner of Malerkotla.
Additionally, Vineet Kumar, who previously served as the Deputy Commissioner of Faridkot, has been transferred to the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation as its Managing Director.Parminder Pal Singh is the new Mohali Municipal Corporation Commissioner.
