Jalandhar, April 8, 2025 — In a disturbing escalation of violence, a grenade attack targeted the residence of BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia in Jalandhar just past midnight on Monday. Punjab Police claim they have developed “important leads” in the case and expect to arrest the culprits soon. “These are desperate attempts by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) in collusion with a network of gangsters and terrorists. Most cases have been cracked, but a few remain under investigation,” a senior police officer stated. “Terror modules are being operated by handlers abroad who lure youth with money, promises of a better future overseas, and weapons.”
