State Doubles Aid for Disabled Soldiers
Chandigarh: The Punjab government has approved a significant increase in ex gratia assistance for disabled soldiers from the defence services and paramilitary forces. Defence Services Welfare Minister Mohinder Bhagat announced that the aid has been doubled to enhance financial security for affected personnel.

Punjab Government Announces Administrative Transfers
Chandigarh: The Punjab government has reshuffled its administrative cadre, appointing Sagar Setia as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Moga, replacing Vishesh Sarangal. Sarangal has been reassigned as Chief Administrator of GMADA, while Sandeep Kumar has been appointed as Chief Administrator of GLADA. The reshuffle includes six officers, among them five IAS officers.
