Sukhbir Singh Badal Begins Constituency-Wise Meetings, Rallies SAD Workers at Badal Village

Veteran Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Sukhbir Singh Badal kickstarted a series of Assembly constituency-wise meetings with party leaders and workers at his residence in Badal village. On the first day of the outreach, Sukhbir met with party members from the Lambi, Bagha Purana, Nihal Singh Wala, and Dakha constituencies, encouraging them to stay united and motivated.

During his address, Sukhbir claimed that although various forces and government agencies had previously worked against the SAD, most of those challenges had now been resolved. He urged party workers to remain steadfast in their commitment to the party’s principles and goals.

Later, in a Facebook post, Sukhbir shared highlights of the meeting:
“Today, our honourable workers and leaders of Shiromani Akali Dal from Lambi, Nihal Singh Wala, Bagha Purana, and Dakha constituencies gathered at Badal village. It was heartwarming to see everyone in high spirits. The enthusiasm and determination of those present assures me that we will overcome every challenge in our struggle for the Panth, Punjab, and Punjabiyat.”

In a significant development, some leaders from the Dakha constituency also held a closed-door meeting with Sukhbir, where they reaffirmed their trust in the SAD leadership. Notably, Dakha MLA Manpreet Singh Ayali, who is part of a five-member panel set up by the Akal Takht to oversee the SAD's membership drive, is playing a key role in these organizational efforts.

The meetings are seen as part of a larger effort by the SAD leadership to re-energize the party’s grassroots network and prepare for upcoming political challenges.
