BJP MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa Criticizes AAP Government Over Law and Order in Punjab

BJP MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa has strongly criticized the AAP government in Punjab, alleging a complete breakdown of law and order under its rule.

In a tweet posted on Monday, Sirsa accused Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal of engaging in "PR stunts" in Ludhiana while the state's industrialists grapple with rising crime and ineffective governance.

"While Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann stage PR stunts in Ludhiana, Punjab’s industrialists are sounding the alarm… Law and order is collapsing under AAP’s misrule," Sirsa wrote on X. He further alleged that crime is spiraling out of control, industries are struggling, yet the AAP government remains missing in action.

Rising Concerns Over Governance

Sirsa’s remarks come at a time when AAP is facing mounting criticism over its governance in Punjab, particularly regarding crime control and economic issues. The BJP leader also shared a video featuring a businessman expressing concerns about the growing influence of gangsters and the deteriorating law and order situation.

He claimed that Punjab’s business owners and citizens were directly confronting Kejriwal with the reality that his party had failed to deliver on its promises. Summing up the current state of affairs, Sirsa labeled the situation as "anarchy in a business suit."
